Student Leadership

The Student Leadership Program at Baden Powell College encompasses class captains, sports captains, and School Council representatives, offering students valuable opportunities to cultivate their leadership skills. Participants not only influence various school programs but also make a meaningful impact on both the college and the wider community.

Class representatives from Grades 1 to 9 engage in a range of age-appropriate responsibilities, fostering a sense of ownership and initiative. The Student Council, led by the College Captains and Vice Captains, meets regularly to address student-identified issues and champion social justice initiatives. These student leaders take charge of numerous school-wide activities and play pivotal roles during college assemblies. With a spirit of enthusiasm and collaboration, all students work together as cohesive teams, striving to enhance the Baden Powell College Community.
