At Baden Powell College, we are dedicated to the holistic development of every child, believing that our role extends beyond academic success to encompass social and emotional wellbeing. We have taken significant steps to enhance our approach to School Wide Positive Behaviour, grounded in four core values established through community consultation: Respect, Integrity, Endeavour, and Resilience. These values are at the heart of our educational environment and inform our expectations across all learning spaces within the college which are documented in our Matrix of Expectations.

In addition to our values, we have implemented a comprehensive incentive program designed to celebrate student achievements. As students reach positive milestones, they earn badges recognising their success, fostering motivation and a sense of accomplishment. Together, we strive to create a supportive and enriching atmosphere where every student can thrive.
